Description

We will probably extend this service for many other non-chat tasks

AC:

• A new service or API is exposed from llm-engine to deal with non-chat tasks.
• A method or endpoint exists to generate “how to fix” notifications
• A method or endpoint exists to generate “how to fix” emails
